Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct support professionals (Dsp) will provide training, assistance, and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and significant behavioral challenges. They will assist individuals in learning skills, having new life experiences, and responding to behaviors using positive behavior supports.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
