Physical Therapist - Float

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized plans of care, and delivering hands-On, patient-Centered treatment and education. Clinicians must also monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Candidates must be a licensed physical therapist or able to obtain licensure in the state of practice, demonstrating a passion for evidence-Based, patient-Centered care. Cpr and first aid certification are required qualifications for this role.
