Physical Therapist - Float

The role involves reviewing patient medical histories, diagnosing conditions through observation and consultation, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Responsibilities also include managing pain and increasing mobility using exercises, equipment, and hands-On manual therapy, while recording progress and modifying care plans as necessary.

Candidates must be a licensed physical therapist or able to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A strong passion for evidence-Based, patient-Centered care is required for success in this role.
