Core responsibilities
The behavior technician delivers one-On-One applied behavioral analysis (Aba) therapy services to children with autism, following the treatment plan under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include encouraging skill acquisition and behavior modification while ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing submission.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-Divergent behaviors, including a minimum of one year of related experience. Completion of the 40-Hour registered behavior technician (Rbt) training is required, or training will be provided, along with reliable transportation.
