UPSM High School Football Defensive Coordinator

This position is responsible for coaching student athletes to achieve high skill levels while fostering appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Essential functions involve communicating with parents, students, and staff regarding attendance issues and maintaining required records and reports.

A minimum of an associate's degree is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, along with experience working with children in an educational setting. Candidates must possess knowledge of youth programs, office procedures, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities in english.
