Disability Inclusion Support Staff

This role involves being a hands-On bridge to help participants navigate life-Skills, build friendships, and engage with the community through direct action and engagement. Responsibilities include empowering individuals, modeling positive social interactions, ensuring safety, and providing shadowing support across agency departments.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and clean record for vehicle operation. Preferred experience includes 1+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities, along with the ability to pass background checks and obtain cpr/First aid certification.
