Swim Instructor

Instructors are responsible for teaching age and level-Appropriate swimming skills to individuals of all ages and abilities while promoting aquatic programming. Key duties also involve tracking student attendance and progress, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining open communication with supervisors and team members.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and demonstrate emotional maturity, good character, professionalism, and leadership abilities, showing an interest in working with children, adults, and teens. Preferred qualifications include one year of instruction experience, a swimming background, and current certifications in lifeguarding, cpr pro/First aid, or swim instruction.
