Adaptive Swim Instructor

Instructors are responsible for teaching individualized adaptive swim lessons, which includes completing required training, arriving prepared, and setting up necessary lesson areas and equipment. They must also communicate effectively with families regarding skills explored during each lesson and track taught lessons bi-Weekly.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of two years of swim instruction experience, including at least one year working with participants living with disabilities. Preferred qualifications include current american red cross lifeguard and wsi certification, along with over 100 hours of experience using the american red cross program.
