Early Learning Center Part-Time Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports a nurturing, inclusive environment for infants and young toddlers by closely collaborating with the lead teacher to implement engaging, reggio emilia-Inspired learning experiences. This role involves supporting daily classroom rhythms, fostering child growth, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with direct care tasks like diaper changing and potty training.

Candidates should possess warmth, teamwork, attentiveness, and an understanding of early childhood development, with a preference for students of christian science. A bachelor's degree in education, preferably with an early childhood focus, is required, along with experience working professionally with children under the age of three.
