Learning Facilitator

The learning facilitator supports classroom instruction by working with students to reinforce academic skills and provide targeted intervention. They collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a structured, christ-Centered learning environment that promotes student growth.

A high school diploma is required, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education preferred. Candidates should have experience working with children and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
