Summer Toddler Classroom Assistant

The early childhood educator will be responsible for co-Teaching in a therapeutic classroom environment within the compass kids program, supporting infants, walkers, toddlers, and/Or preschool age groups. Key duties involve implementing developmentally appropriate, trauma-Informed, and christ-Centered approaches while utilizing evidence-Based curriculum.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with young children, with a requirement to obtain a child development associate (Cda) certification during employment. Candidates must align with the ministry's faith statement and be able to perform physical tasks like lifting children and engaging in activities for long periods.
