Lead Teacher- Infants

The lead teacher will be responsible for leading an infant classroom with warmth, structure, and creativity, which includes designing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. They must also build strong relationships with families and coworkers, observe and assess child growth, and maintain a clean and safe learning environment.

Candidates are preferred to have an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of classroom experience working with young children. Essential soft skills include strong communication, empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to equity and best practices in early learning.
