Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, focusing on building communication, social, and daily living skills through one-On-One therapy. Responsibilities include accurately recording client progress data, assisting with skill programs, adhering to ethical standards, and maintaining required documentation.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or be eligible to obtain one, along with a cpr certification approved by the aha. A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, and reliable transportation is mandatory for travel to client sites.
