Part-time ABA Behavior Technician

The role involves working one-On-One with a child in their home, using play to teach communication and socialization skills, and helping the child master daily routines to build independence. Responsibilities also include tracking progress to celebrate milestones with guidance from a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) mentor.

Candidates must have completed the 40-Hour registered behavior technician (Rbt) training course and be ready to sit for the rbt exam, for which support will be provided. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, are required, along with reliable personal transportation.
