BCBA, LBA - Part time or Full Time

The role involves developing and overseeing individualized aba treatment plans, supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) with ongoing training, and conducting necessary assessments to adjust client goals. Responsibilities also include close collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success while maintaining ethical and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, hold both bcba and ny licensed behavior analyst certifications, and have at least one year of aba experience. Preference is given to bilingual bcbas fluent in english and spanish, and a new york state medicaid id is required.
