Support Teacher

The support teacher will help create a fun, safe environment for children, fostering curiosity, creativity, and compassion while implementing lesson plans from the research-Informed balanced learning® curriculum. Responsibilities include building genuine relationships with each child, helping them explore the world, improve motor skills, and grow their vocabulary.

The role requires passion for teaching and a commitment to helping children develop a lifelong love of learning through purposeful play. Success involves maintaining a well-Kept classroom and discovering what teaching methods work best for each individual child.
