*REVISED* Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, UNLV Student Wellness, Student Health and Faculty Staff Treatment [R0148940]

The advanced practice registered nurse serves as a clinical healthcare provider for students, faculty, staff, and dependents at the student health center and faculty and staff treatment center, providing direct patient care in person or via telehealth. This role includes initiating and evaluating treatments, making referrals, and maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record while ensuring culturally competent service delivery.

Minimum qualifications require a master’s degree from an accredited institution, a current nevada rn/Aprn license in good standing, national certification as a family nurse practitioner, and current cpr certification, all obtained prior to the start date. Preferred qualifications include one to three years of experience as an aprn and one year of clinical experience in ambulatory, college, or community health settings.
