Speech Language Pathologist

The speech-Language pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats children with speech, language, and communication disorders by developing individualized treatment plans and delivering direct therapy. This role also involves collaborating with staff and supporting families to ensure effective and compassionate care for the children.

The role requires conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations across various developmental levels to identify disorders in articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication. Professionals must develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and maintain accurate documentation compliant with asha and state standards.
