Youth Mentor - Before / After School Enrichment

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while building self-Esteem, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and conducting weekly child observations. The role also requires maintaining accurate daily records, communicating effectively with parents, and ensuring learning centers are well-Maintained.

Candidates must have a degree from an accredited college in education or a human services related field, along with a minimum of two years (2500 hours) of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also be passionate about working with children and capable of passing all relevant clearances and ongoing training.
