The Family Services Counselor is responsible for the supervision and safety of children in groups across Kids Zone, Club Y, and Summer Camp programs, while assisting in planning and implementing programs aligned with YMCA core values. Candidates must be at least 17 years old with a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED intent, and preferably have one year of childcare experience working with children aged 6 months through 15 years. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, creativity, the ability to remain calm under stress, and obtaining First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days.
