The role involves implementing applied behavior analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings under the supervision of a board certified behavioral analyst. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress and facilitating the teaching of communication, self-Help, and social skills.

Candidates must possess the registered behavioral technician certification, although it is preferred, and ideally have two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility with scheduling are also required.
