Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system, managing breaks, and maintaining professional relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent availability monday through friday, and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Rbt/Cbt certification is preferred but must be obtained within 60 days of employment, alongside the ability to pass a background check and perform physical tasks.
