Core responsibilities

Key duties include accurately recording data, implementing behavior management techniques, collaborating with the therapy team, and training caregivers on aba techniques.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or obtain one within 30 days of hire, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
