Men's Assistant Basketball Coach (PT)

The assistant coach is responsible for assisting in the overall development of the men's college basketball program, including coaching the intercollegiate team, overseeing jv recruitment and coaching, and ensuring academic excellence among student-Athletes. Duties also involve adhering to njcaa regulations, managing budgets in collaboration with leadership, and promoting professional conduct.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma (College education preferred) and coaching experience at the high school level or above, with mandatory morning availability for practice. Desired qualifications include college-Level basketball coaching and recruiting experience, familiarity with njcaa rules, and first aid/Cpr certification is a plus.
