Behavior Technician (Part Time 12:30-6:30)

Behavior technicians implement individualized skill-Building programs designed by board certified behavior analysts, which includes collecting behavioral data every session to track client growth. They work with clients through structured activities and play while communicating progress with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, along with having a valid california driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between clients. Successful candidates will also need to pass a background check, tb test, and complete necessary immunizations, while being physically able to engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs.
