Behavior Technician (Part Time 12:30-6:30)

Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing individualized skill-Building programs designed by bcbas, collecting behavioral data every session to track client growth, and engaging with clients through structured activities and play. They must also communicate effectively with the clinical team and families while maintaining a clean therapy space.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, along with a valid ca driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between clients. Successful candidates will also need to pass a background check, tb test, and have completed immunizations, with the ability to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs.
