Behavior Technician (Part Time 12:30-6:30)

Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing individualized skill-Building programs designed by board certified behavior analysts and collecting behavioral data during every session to track client progress. They also work with clients through structured activities and play while communicating with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, along with having a valid california driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between clients. Successful candidates will also need to pass a background check, tb test, and complete necessary immunizations, while being physically capable of engaging with and lifting children up to 50 lbs.
