Behavior Technician (Part Time 12:30-6:30)

Behavior technicians implement individualized skill-Building programs designed by board certified behavior analysts, measure client growth, and collect behavioral data every session to track progress. They work with clients through structured activities and play while communicating with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years or older, along with a valid california driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between clients. Completion of background checks, tb tests, and immunizations are also required, along with the ability to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs.
