Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills while being detail-Oriented and adaptable. Essential physical functions include the ability to lift 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, and perform tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
