Part Time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Evening Shift

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans while collecting and recording data. Responsibilities also include communicating client progress to parents/Caregivers under bcba guidance and maintaining required functional and technical knowledge through training.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, and perform tasks like feeding, diapering, and running to maintain client proximity.
