The coach will provide support to young men and women in independent living settings by conducting scheduled 'drop-Ins' to ensure adherence to program rules and apartment safety. This role also requires providing crisis management during any emergency encountered while visiting the individuals served by the program.

Requirements summary

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold an active driver's license, as background and driving checks will be conducted. Experience working with at-Risk older youth in residential or mental health programs is required, along with the willingness to learn physical interventions and verbal de-Escalation techniques.
