Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One, life-Changing aba therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential functions involve physical capabilities such as lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
