Direct Care Worker

The role involves providing sustained, uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children, documenting incidents and progress accurately, and assisting with orientation and treatment plan development. Key duties also include teaching constructive behaviors, supervising activities, and maintaining a clean living area for the children.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of experience in child welfare or a related human services field, and fluency in both english and spanish. Candidates must pass pre-Employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks, and must be able to respond sensitively to diverse populations and provide crisis intervention.
