Direct Care Worker

The worker must provide sustained, uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulatory guidelines and accurately documenting incidents and progress. Key duties include assisting with new child/Staff orientation, contributing to treatment plans, teaching life skills, and maintaining a secure and orderly living environment.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in child welfare or a related human services field, and fluency in both english and spanish. Candidates must also pass pre-Employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks, and possess certifications in first aid and cpr.
