Talent Development Specialist - National Dislocated Worker Grant (800017)

This role involves managing a caseload of participants, providing counseling and mentoring, assessing their competencies and challenges, and developing individualized employment plans focused on short- And long-Term goals. The specialist will also maintain accurate participant files, track retention goals, and facilitate access to necessary training and employment services to ensure participant self-Sufficiency.

Candidates must possess a related associate degree or equivalent work experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated customer service abilities. Preferred qualifications include one to three years of experience in workforce development or related programs, and familiarity with local community needs and resources.
