Bilingual Family Support Specialist - Healthy Families

The specialist will provide personalized support and guidance in the family's home, educating young, first-Time parents on pregnancy, baby care, nurturing, attachment, and effective parenting skills. Responsibilities also include encouraging positive parenting, enhancing parental wellness, assisting with goal achievement (Education, work, housing), and connecting families with essential community resources.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience working with children and families. A valid massachusetts driver's license is required, along with bilingual proficiency in both spanish and english.
