Teacher Non-Certified

The non-Certified teacher, under the education director's supervision, promotes early childhood education by providing sound supervision, developmentally appropriate lessons, and community outings while ensuring child health and safety. Responsibilities also include developing positive parent relations, encouraging parental involvement, conducting team meetings, and accurately documenting lessons and observations.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor of science in early childhood education, education, or a related field, along with two years of relevant experience, and a warm, caring, and outgoing personality. Preferred qualifications include initial new york state teacher certification and bilingual capabilities.
