Registered Nurse Instructor (5-7 years Labor and Delivery, Mother & Baby, Pediatric, and/or NICU experience required )

The instructor, a registered professional nurse, is responsible for orienting new staff, teaching required courses, providing in-Service training, and developing educational programs based on staff needs assessments. Key duties include planning and delivering education, assessing staff competency during orientation, and maintaining accurate administrative and evaluation records.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a master's degree, along with four to five years of recent full-Time nursing experience, including two to three years of recent experience in oncology. A new york state registered nurse license is required, alongside demonstrated patient care competency and prior involvement in orientation or preceptorship programs.
