Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children with autism. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism and comfort with tablet technology are essential.
