Pharmacy Resident

The pharmacy resident-Pgy2 participates in a one-Year pharmacist training program, providing patient care services under supervision. Responsibilities include drug information provision, patient/Family and staff education, and offering pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic recommendations.

Candidates must be a graduate of an acpe-Accredited school of pharmacy and must have completed an ashp-Accredited pgy1 residency or be in the process. A current registered pharmacist license for the applicable state is required within four months of hire, along with necessary certifications like acls/Pals if code participation is expected.
