Core responsibilities

This role coordinates training materials, correspondence, logistics, and evaluations for new employee orientation, leadership development courses, and the bi-Annual leadership conference. The coordinator will also facilitate some instructor-Led leadership and staff training, including the hr portion of new employee orientation.

Requirements summary

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar training or learning and development coordination/Support role is required, along with some experience developing and delivering courses. A bachelor's degree in a related field like instructional design or human resources development is preferred.
