PAC Design & Delivery Trainer

This dual-Function role involves owning the end-To-End design and development of training materials, curricula, and learning assets for new hires and ongoing performance improvement. The trainer will also be responsible for facilitating engaging, effective training sessions across the fully remote patient ambassador center team.

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or sales coaching, with demonstrated expertise in designing and developing diverse training assets, including video-Based micro-Learning modules. Proficiency with lms platforms and e-Learning authoring tools, coupled with strong virtual facilitation and data analysis skills, is required.
