Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore and learn through structured activities and positive guidance. This role involves collaborating with the lead teacher to manage routines, communicate with parents, and monitor children's progress.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with coursework or a degree in early childhood education being preferred, as is a child development associate (Cda). Candidates must be able to engage physically with children and lift 30-40 pounds, possessing strong communication and organizational skills.
