Youth Development Attendant - Woodfin

The attendant will supervise children in the ymca youth development center, ensuring their safety and well-Being while providing enjoyable childcare in accordance with ymca policies. Responsibilities include maintaining constant supervision, planning and leading activities, and performing general housekeeping tasks.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and working towards a high school diploma or ged, with cpr certification required within 90 days of hire. Previous childcare experience is preferred, and the role demands the ability to effectively supervise children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
