Plan Specialist - Full Time - Days

The plan specialist is responsible for the planning, documentation, distribution, and implementation of programming and services for attendees of the prevocational program while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role also involves assuming leadership in developing vocational plans for individuals on the caseload and assisting with various evaluations and needs assessments.

Minimum qualifications require an associate's degree in human services, education, psychology, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred, along with experience working with adults with developmental or cognitive disabilities. Essential abilities include maintaining a valid nys license, achieving scip r core certification, and demonstrating effective communication and the ability to work independently.
