Counselor

The counselor provides prevention services including social-Emotional support, intensive case management, crisis counseling, and psycho-Educational groups aimed at decreasing risk-Related behaviors in girls. Responsibilities also include direct care services like counseling, family support, and crisis intervention, alongside non-Direct care tasks like documentation and care planning.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, mental health, counseling, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of prior experience and knowledge of case management practices. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and experience working with at-Risk youth.
