Reach Counselor

This role involves providing comprehensive counseling, case management, group services, and support to girls and their families in the reach program, including updating care plans and role-Modeling positive approaches. Responsibilities also include accurate documentation, facilitating psycho-Educational groups, fostering external agency partnerships, and ensuring participant safety.

A master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health, counseling, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of prior experience working with at-Risk youth preferred. Candidates must possess knowledge of case management practices, excellent therapeutic and crisis management skills, computer proficiency, and a current florida driver's license.
