Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, and maintaining open communication with the bcba.

Candidates should ideally possess six months of aba therapist experience or one year working with children with disabilities/Autism, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A reliable car, driver's license, and a high school degree are mandatory requirements for this role.
