Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis therapy to a pediatric client, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by supervising board certified behavior analysts. Responsibilities also include supporting skill development, collecting behavioral data, and following safety plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include prior experience providing aba therapy, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with pediatric clients aged 2–14.
