Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The behavior analyst is primarily responsible for accelerating client success through direct oversight and care of clinical programming for a caseload of approximately 7 clients, ensuring clinical quality and ethical practice. This role also involves leading and modeling for behavior technicians, upholding core organizational values, and cultivating a positive center culture.

Candidates must possess bcba or bcba-D certification and any required state licensure, along with strong skills in organization, critical thinking, and problem-Solving. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, and maintain visual acuity for documentation.
